    The good thingsStarting from zero and after 3years and 5 months I have got so many experiences and knowledge about purchasing job scope. I also able to relate my work and cooperate with other department to improve some task given and solve problems. I Have gained my skills in many ways, also can communicate well with suppliers. The staff also profesional and know how to solve problem properly.
    The challengesA bit challenge during receiving the reject incoming materials. Have a few procedure to follow and must solve the problem immediately, otherwise the production could not run smoothly due to part shortage. other challenge thing is to do forecast. this thing become a big problem to purchasing side because the company do not have a proper BOM in the system.
