The good thingsYou will involve the job from A to Z. Built your confident & develop your skills when dealing to the job you handle. Employer will listen your opinion and get opportunities to speak up in front of people. they allowed you to handle the job by yourself by your own.
The challengesThe most challenges working for this company is when everything is supper urgent. everything need to fast. Fast communicate. Fast result. But with lowest cost, minimal pay. Your time only dedicate to your work & customer. Responsible in solving any issue even the issue comes from other department. You have to responsible the job because its your name. bahahaha.

Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
    Working environment
The good thingsTrying to satisfy the needs of their employee & no communication barrier. Any complaints they will listen. Most of the employee work until their retirement age which shows that the company value their worker as they can stay long, before the change of management in the company.
The challengesHaving to disregard the proper procedure when getting things done for the big boss & they have alot of internal problem. Finance & HR couldnt support each other & work against each other. Its tiresome to see finance bosses to argue with HR bosses in front of other workers. Its also discouraging to see worker getting terminated without proper reason or warning given beforehand.
