    good place to learn new thing and gain experiance
    The good thingsself-learning experience. Various new things to learn. new technology to learn. budget is not an issue.
    The challengesworking with a different group of foreigners. language is the biggest challenge and also working with Director relative and close friend makes our job harder when in decision making.

    The good thingsGood people and working environment, diverse team, less office politic due to it MNC environment. Its a pharmaceutical startup company with high mission and vision. Having a potential in setting up a new benchmark for Malaysia pharmaceutical industry in the next 3-5 years.
    The challengesIts a startup pharmaceutical company, the working environment is at the high pace. Challenges come at it best as Oncology is a new thing here in Malaysia.
