    Supportive and friendly environments
    The good things- Friendly and supportive colleagues, always ready to help - Boss always provide guidance when I face challenges - There are a few different business units in the same office, can learn about their products which are interesting and get to know colleagues from other businesses. - Clean and well kept office - Walking distance to restaurants for lunch
    The challenges- Not near to LRT or MRT. There is a bus stand right at the front of office building though

    The good things- respectful and supportive environment - strong teamwork and collaboration spirit - transparent and open communication style (office politics is non-existent) - many opportunities for growth and career development, management is hands-on in employees' career planning - clear targets and expectations - many recognitions and rewards to drive team to work hard and achieve targets - a cool, new office at a strategic location

    Supportive Coworkers and Welcoming Work Environment
    The good thingsLucky to be part of this organization. I love the teamwork and support from my coworkers. The leaders here care about our personal growth and always there to listen and offer advice. It feels like one big family to work here because there are different business units in the organization with lots of friendly people.
    The challengesThe company does not offer flexible hours or work-from-home options at the moment, which can be quite challenging for me who live far away and have to endure traffic jams.

    A great platform for learning and growth
    The good things+ Managers are open to new ideas/feedback and will put our ideas into consideration if they are workable. They encourage change for the betterment. + Sales team has high commission. There is also extra cash reward when overachieve monthly target. + Have chance to socialise with colleagues across other business units in this open space office. + My manager is able to give clear pathway for promotions and growth opportunities within the company or the group.
    The challenges- Most employees here are young and not many years of working experience yet, therefore, reducing the exchange of past experiences between colleagues. - The open space office can get noisy at times. - Not organising enough activities for employees engagement.

    The good thingsThe environment and relationships built over the period. Nice working space where you can mingle around and make friends from different departments.

    Poor management , poor teamlead/superior

    The challengesPoor superior that lack of experience. You will regret if you join this company. The staff turnover is high under this lack of experience superior.you have to take over other not related task such as IT set staff email 🙄. Plus is not full time employment offerer . Selfish just think of self advantage to offer all staff 3 months contract not safe at all
