    Very Poor Management
    The good thingsCan learn new things but the staff is not really helpful. Need to work hard and learn by yourself unless they teach u for once then left u alone.
    The challengesVery poor management in terms of everything. Not professional at all. really not professional! confirmation letter been given after 1 year of working! funny right? deducted of incentives without inform what mistake u do. arghhh so many to be told. bad working experienced everrrrrrr!!!
