    Good paying, great client base exposure, but say goodbye to work life balance & family time.
    The good thingsSome colleagues are helpful and good teamwork. Company activities are good.
    The challengesSay goodbye to work life balance. Blame game is strong, need to use email to protect yourself, no team mindset, cant trust those under or above you, its about survival.

    Management are incompetent in carrying out their job.
    The good thingsGood team and co-worker. Such a shame, that the higher management level are incompetent.
    The challengesManagement should look and understand their annual financial projection and budgetary before hiring staffs. I have been retrenched, along with 4 other new recruited staffs, due to financial reason. After only 3 months into the job!

    Good company with good Environment.
    The good thingsGet the opportunity to learn something new. Even I'm just a temporary receptionist (admin assistant) for 2 month, I was treated like a permanent worker and the colleagues is nice.
    The challengesMust be able to speak with all of level, good in communication and every work or task given must be have black and white to make sure that we not missed it and to avoid misunderstanding.
