    The good thingsHandled more on the plan preventive maintenance (PPM) and work order for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) department and general mechanical department which give lots of experience on how to organize the management for mechanical department.
    The challengesIt required and pushed me to improve my ability to engage and socialize with employees from other departments. Learning communication skills and how to apply university knowledge to a real-life problem situation.

    The good thingsI learn many things as an internship student here. I learn not only as civil student but also as mechanical and electrical. I also learn about the management. The employer also give me opportunities to join them having a meeting and discussion between facility manager, head of executive, executive and hospital engineer. I also learn many thing from the engineering staff and technician. Full respect to all of them!
    The challengesIn learning communication skill and how to apply the knowledge from the university to the real situation of problem occurs. I would like to learn more in other mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge. But working here is totally awesome!
