    The challengesHierarchy is the main issue, one junior staff has to report to two senior staff, and will have double the work. Senior staff doesn't take ownership of their own work and will make junior staff do the work, if the work is good, they get the praises but no recognition for the juniors. Long working hours without Overtime, without replacement hours.

    The challengesI think the challenges that I have encountered in this company was not about delivering or performing my tasks but a great competitive establishments surrounding us. Secondly, as our world are moving on to a great technology I and my team are expected to acquire it with open heart and willingness. Lastly, a great challenge of this company is my own self, it's how i will offer myself more and perform what is extraordinary.

    The good thingsThe bosses and colleagues are professional in a way of doing things right. All procedures are in place, followed through and effective. The office environment is healthy and not so much stress.
