Great Learning Opportunity for Fresh Grads at OpenSys
The good thingsThis company offers a supportive work environment with flexible hours and a focus on health and wellness. They provide medical insurance and encourage employee participation in sports and activities. The team is friendly and there are opportunities for team bonding through company events. They also offer some perks like potentially free accommodation and a stocked pantry.
The challengesGreat Learning Experience for Fresh Graduates: OpenSys provides a dynamic environment for recent graduates. You'll gain exposure to various IT fields like ATM systems and Business Intelligence (BI) through project work (often in small teams). This hands-on approach can help you develop well-rounded skills quickly. However, there may be occasional overtime required for urgent tasks.

Good working environment, flexible working hours, average benefits and salary
The good thingsFlexible working hour, good office environment, most of the employees are friendly. Opportunities to get promoted if you are hardworking or pro.
The challengesLack of proper instructions and training for new employees because the seniors are busy most of the time. Highly responsible for projects as most of the projects will be handled by 1 or 2 employees only. Be ready to respond to calls and messages at work and after work since you may be the only person handling a project. Annual salary increment is below average in the industry.

    involvement & gain knowledge issue.
The good things-nice working place environments with friendly people. -the company in progress of growth to bigger company size. -giving chances for fresh graduates. -is a excellent place to learn idea & gaining knowledge of banking & financial field but only if you are involved with much more project/task. -having good vision by the management team to bring company to better growth.
The challenges-Newly appointed staff will be given less involvement or task about 3 months or even more (depending on department). -some task/project are purely R&D state and will be keep in dark until there are able to find interest from customer. -Need to consistently ask for task when newly appointed as the supervisor are busy due to small team member doing banking & financial biz. -the system still using old technology like VB-6, C++ due to related using hardware devices. -sometimes for newly appointed staff need to be more pro-active by oneself to get to know other colleagues. -not proper management skill by some of HOD like much more ad-hoc task delegation approach. -only specific person who involve wit the task/project will know the details & if the person unavailable, none of the other knows about the issue. -small team doing bigger involvement with banking field on ATM & CRM

The good things-great work place environments. -more flexible working period & smart casual wear. -company are still expending. -turn over rate getting lesser depends on department. -gave chances for fresh graduates. -small team doing big bizness project on banking & financial field. -having good version & confident by the management team. -great place to learn idea & gain knowledge on banking & financial field
The challenges-there no proper job delegation depends on department & HOD. -not properly orderly system in each department (changing job scope to of other department when urgently needed). -idea of project owner towards specific one person only & if issue arise & the main person not available or left, none of other team member knows on the project. -some of the system still using old technology (eg: VB-6)
