    Bad communication between boss and employee
    The good thingsSalary is pretty good and work anywhere you like as long got result
    The challengesYou have to work from A-Z. Not even training prepared. Hired a person and expect them to learn know everything. At last, employee have to google everything due to ignorance of boss. Not focus on building business turn out focus other stuff
