    The good thingsFull of young and energetic work life balance company, work as a team no matter in different positions or departments, company provides good salary and benefits to all staff like phone rental, annual leaves, year end bonus, mc claim, birthday celebration, company trip, allowances and so on.
    The challengesThe only challenge is operate by China so you need to fit in the China working culture and applicable to Mandarin will be an added advantage.

    The good thingsI do agree that if you're a fresh grad, this is the place that will train your patience and endurance. Great teammates+colleagues despite stressful working environment!
    The challenges1. Not much of the opportunity for my career development: worked almost 2 years here, no increment or promotion despite OT during weekends or PH without requesting any RL or compensation. Please don't give too many expectations in terms of your career development if you're keen to join this company. 2. Micromanagement culture: very negative connotation, because there's literally no freedom in the workplace. not many chances for you to voice out your opinion. but if you're a fresh grad, this is somehow a great place for you to train and you will have a good foundation once you left the company. if you're experienced, you will have a tough time adapting the culture. 3. Job roles line become blurred: unclear roles and responsibilities, no proper job delegation. 4. Bad leadership& management: A LOT OF last-minute changes, have to be prepared to 24/7. Superiors don't have a clear direction on business goals. A very bad working culture.

    Good for Fresh Great but not for Experience candidates

    The challengesHave to be super multitasking (doing the work of 3 people Every second, you can’t reject even you are not in the same team). Salary are super low even with few years working experience and you have to wait ton of years to increase a little bit of your salary (totally different with what they told you when interview)

    Good Exposure
    The good thingsMany things can be learn within working period as the company is still considered new and lots of issue need to be settle without existing guidance and every members will have to contribute in order to solve it. The whole team is young and energetic as charisma is there! Definitely a nice start for new fresh grad.
    The challengesAs considerable new company, many SOP and proper documentation is still not there yet.

    The challengesDealing with various customer attitudes. There are customers who are friendly and understanding. But not least with the customer's temperament that is less satisfied with the service. In that case it requires patience and thoughtful thinking and need to solve with good and efficient ways.
