    It's great place to work and gain knowledge as well as to be able to meet new people.
    The good thingsI had a great team and customers that came back for my service each year which made me grateful.
    The challengesYou might have to stand the whole day or skip meals during rush hours. There will definitely be picky or arrogant customers that might displeas you (which is normal wherever you work).

    The good thingsThe management system is very good. Good colleagues and managers. Able to learn a lot of new things and great experience. Able to learn self management and build self confident when serving customers and doing sales.
    The challengesMust exposed staff to more new products and more product training so that the staff will be more prepared and confident when dealing with different types of lens product and gives excellent service for customers

    The good thingsMeeting and helping professionally vast type of people from all aspects of life either as a customer or as a team member. The challenge to bring up the best in oneself and orthers team member. Keeping up and learning new product and technologies in the eye healthcare industries.
    The challengesMeeting high expectation and motivating self and the whole team single handedly with less and no support of the company. It is better a few years back but the support like training , short courses is diminishing. The direction to where they are going also keep fluctuating making it hard to focus. Employing or attracting new people to create a strong team also can be frustrating.
