Worked 4 years hereThe good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues, supportive supervisors, okay workload (once you get used to your tasks), nice office environment, occasionally training courses are available to upgrade your knowledge of your work, good internal communication, overall teamwork is good. Recommended for slightly experienced applicants.
The challengesParking lots are limited, canteen does not sell food so you have to get your own lunch (lunch-out or order deliveries), quick-learning and good time-management will be an advantage, no OT claim for executive level, increment is lower than expectation.
