    The challengesSalary scale appears to be lower than the industry average. Hard to get yearly increment. Very unsupportive and incompetence colleague from different department especially sales and production. Production prioritize output rather than quality.

    The good things- Friendly and helpful staff.
    The challenges- Poor growth opportunity in sunset industry. Employee suffered 20% salary cut for several months during Covid-19 pandemic. - 90% of mechanical parts are mass purchased from non-ISO9001 qualified suppliers. Management love to skip proper supplier selection process and proceed to mass buy. So, feel free to work here if you don't mind firefighting every day. - Due to the nature of low profit margin in lighting business, company has little to no budget to perform system enhancement. Pratically entire ERP system is very outdated and tons of manual paperwork are expected for daily operations.

    The good thingsTeam work and friend colleague. Company benefit overall very good. Often take consideration to employee and improve the benefit
    The challengesManagement had very big issue in this company, DO NOT follow actual procedure. Focus on ODM project impact job task cannot complete. Planner do not have any actual planning skill in their job scope, always follow the management needed and can see the team work is very poor. Some small politic in this company.

    The good thingsAll worker was applied teamwork attitude so that ease our daily ask. Workers are very supportive for overtime or any task that required their support. Most of them is very passion in their task given. Supervisor was very understanding and willing to listen our feedback and complaint.
    The challengesLanguage because all the worker is foreigner however they is fast learner. Mentality challenge because you might need to go work on your weekend.

    The good thingsFriendly and helpful colleagues, supportive supervisors, okay workload (once you get used to your tasks), nice office environment, occasionally training courses are available to upgrade your knowledge of your work, good internal communication, overall teamwork is good. Recommended for slightly experienced applicants.
    The challengesParking lots are limited, canteen does not sell food so you have to get your own lunch (lunch-out or order deliveries), quick-learning and good time-management will be an advantage, no OT claim for executive level, increment is lower than expectation.

    The good thingsThe working people, my colleagues, things that I have get used to. As a buyer, my seniors teaches me alot, as i am a fresh graduate when i joined this company. When i started to joined, we are just a small office, now we are a factory with SMT line. i am fortunate that i am able to join the setting up of this factory.
    The challengesHave to deal with many uncertain / new design. as we have R&D here, so we have alot of new design coming in with different concept & thinking. its a challenge to help our team to meet their target & also meet customer's expectations.
