    Eye-opener for starters
The good thingsDepending on the project you are in, if you are organized the workload is isn't heavy and no OT will be required.
The challengesToo many different level of personnel and at times you see too many above you sucking up to the higher level instead doing what needs to be done.

The good thingsThe field work was excellent and the ability for a new day everyday was defined well in this company.
The challengesThe increment was slow and it was a contract job which was not stated clearly. After 3 years ability to convert to perm staff was not allowed as they have reached their quota at their point.

Low pay job and 3rd party vendor
The good thingsFresh graduate will be the best place go all different projects to learn stuff. Unfortunately most of the stuff will be tech refresh and being the 3rd party support that support other companies IT. Basically selling the head count. Meaning to say you do Sai Kang
The challengesSadly your pay will be low and you are not specialize in any IT Role. Most of the job will not require IT Skills. This job will let you see the pro and cons of others companies.

    Very good learning ground
The good thingsThe team leader in charge of us is really helpful and protective of his own team. Very independent as we were able to schedule our own timing to attend to issues and to plan on our own. Will really strengthen time management skills. Had a great time working here . Didn't had the Monday blues and was looking forward to go to work everyday.
The challengesTo get to know and understand all the applications used by the company that we were outsourced to as quickly as you can, due to the job role of supporting users. Though we can escalate application issues up, we are still the first one to face users, we have to satisfy them with efforts to help and also proper explanation.

    Benefit wellfare
The good thingsOpen to alot company for IT personnel to try out and learn from the wide range of company. Good for a starter to join as every year auto increment of 2-8% without asking provided your performances is ok. All the department staff are very friendly in assisting payroll issue and leave issue and personal issue.
The challengesVery hard to impress employer as the job you did might not be notice by them. High pay rise is quite impossible here. People doing same job but get very different pay and too many foreign talent hired so culture shock might be experience here. No prospect here so take it as a stepping stone like what those FT doing too.

The good thingsThose working in Helpdesk department .... always get promoted quicker until manager level at least. The company is biased in this aspect.
The challengesMy Account Manager (People Manager) is not interested to allow me to change role or job scope to develop me individually. My Account Manager changed over time (3 of them) .... but ALL do not want to lose the account as the account bring income to the company and they get good reputation. This Account Manager (all 3) all these years .... simply cared about themselves.
