    Good for learning and growth for experience, probably need more engagement between staff and revision of compensation.
    The good thingsI have learnt much here, the opportunities is there from your superior but not from the management. But you can survive because it is toxic-free environment and I love it.
    The challengesManagement should understood what is needed to keep motivating employees. For sure, they will give their very best if appreciated.

    Horrible micromanagement, production staff with horrible discipline where management closed eyes, un-safe plant with staff exposed to chemical and dust
    The good thingsCompany with amazing process and system that can be implemented for greater benefit.
    The challengesCompany needs to change management and needs to take action on staff issues. Power miss use to give money and closing eyes on safety is terrible

    Too much of workload.
    The good thingsYou have opportunities to learn a lot of things and communicating with counter part in other countries.
    The challengesSystem can't support daily job. Short handed. No work/ life balance.

    I will be constantly keeping tab of assigned work with subordinates and seniors, finishing the assigned job before deadlines.
    The good thingsYes,apart from appraisals I think I have earned a bunch of good colleagues in my life and I am a quick learner and a great team player.
