    A good milestone and learning place
    The good thingsWas working here for 4years and it was indeed a good place to learn. They open to all fresh graduate and everyone there is willing to teach. Good colleague, flexible working hours and a good boss. Don't expect to be all perfect as all company have their own flaws but despite the workload, the multi tasking and the miscommunications, this company indeed a place to learn. I enjoyed working here from the start. You just have to make sure you can handle the pressure and yes the boss scream sometimes.
    The challengesWork overload as not enough people (the company is expanding but boss refuse to take more people in), boss always contact about work on weekend or late at night, senior managers not open to changes, too many foreigners in charge (lack of knowledge in IT and don't even have computer) and kena tahan maki.
