Maintained customer satisfaction while handling product returns quickly and professionally. . Maintained accurate inventory records to provide data for use in audits and completion of order requests. . Managed wide-ranging daily concerns, including resolving pricing issues, removing damaged products and placing special orders for customers. . Resolved complaints by providing knowledgeable, quick service to meet any need and promote loyalty.

    The good thingsIearn a lot of thing from here within this few years. My department colleagues also very friendly & nice.
    The challengesStaff benefit very little, need to revise to attract more right people to join the company. For those would like to develop more, can work for few years at here, but for long term is not a good choice. Few directors in this company, top management need to give more support to their departments & try to hear their staff voice. Conclusion is not easy to communicate and work under few directors.

    The good thingsIf you wish to learn something from here, then it would be a good learning place for you. Benefits as well as commission rate might consider within expectation.
    The challengesHowever, if you work for some years, you would found that you are in bottle neck situation no matter in position promote indeed your salary. Especially salary part, you will feel that your working experience isn't match what you get paid at all. Meantime, you will be demanding more & more than expectation. Unless you are able to "breakthrough", otherwise leave or you will be exhausted at your position!
