    I have gained valuable experience since joining this company as a fresh graduate. Overall average good
    The good thingsGood place for fresh graduate to gain experience. Good bonus
    The challengesElectrical staff are required to handle both office and on-site tasks. During commissioning, reprogramming of PLC and SCADA is necessary. There is little to no work-life balance, and tasks from the maintenance department must also be handled. Career growth is limited unless you are a boss favourite.

    The good thingsIs great to work under my current manager. He is helpful in terms of work and even as a friend.
    The challengesIs really subjective to which department you are working under. Some are great but some will be stressful as you will be overload with work. Lots of improvement can be done.

    The good thingsyou will get unique experience and good working environment which consist of minimum politic and great team work in this company.
    The challengeswork / life balance may be a challenge for you if decide to join this company as the job scope involved with projects which the schedule may vary time to time and as you will be the person in charge for assigned project, you may having an issue to manage your own private life.

    multi-tasking; handle site and commissioning tasks alone at oversea project.
    The good things- all departments are helpful and friendly when encounter design or site issues.
    The challenges- need to solve ad-hoc tasks - multi-tasking - need to handle and liaise with multiple level of departments to solve site and commissioning issues - work independently without supervision at oversea project

    Possibly one of the better place for learning and progression for industrial water treatment
    The good thingsOne of major player in industrial water treatment industry. Benefits and perks are slightly better in this industry. Overall, it would be a stepping stone for any individual for eager or interest in industrial water treatment. People here are genuinely nice and able to work as a team.
    The challengesWork load is pretty intense at times due to various on-going projects. Each individual should be able to work independently or under very minimal supervision. Travel extensively is a must for certain positions such as sales or site engineer.

    Best place for engineering skills
    The good thingsI learned about programming for PLC, using Block Diagram, Structured Text and Ladder Diagram. I was also exposed to HMI programming and interfacing between PLC and HMI using CC Link cables. I was trained hands on skills such as glanding and termination and also perform testing such as Megger, continuity and Electrical Withstand Test.
    The challengesChallenge was to familiarize with a lot of programming languages in a short period of time. Besides that, sometimes there will be some changes in the philosophy by the Commissioning Engineer. We have to make the changes and really think on modifying the program and HMI. We also have to stay back till late night at work just to finish job task in short period of time.
