    The challengesThe company doesn’t support training. Small company. Might not suitable for those who have been working for bigger mnc company; disrespectful staff towards the superior. They just want you to go sell for them, doesn’t care about teaching you anything. Won’t contribute to your growth.

    The good thingsRegular working hours. Learning opportunities in liaising actively with RA team from HQ
    The challengesOffice politics. Less hierarchy. The office lacks a quiet place for those heavily involved in technical documents preparations. Worse still, sales and marketing create noise to disrupt the work of RA.

    The good thingsBoss and colleagues are willingly to share and teach what they know. The working environment is very good, colleague between colleagues and boss are also very good.
