    Good Environment but Poor Benefits
The good thingsGood teamworks, nice superiors and colleagues. Superiors are kind to share information and experience and open to share ideas on news writings. Colleagues are open to share their experience during interviewing, and kind to point out my mistakes. Relationships between departments are good, the procedures are quick enough to solve issue.
The challengesBenefits for staffs are average. Medical claim amount decreased, allowance for journalist decreased.

    Colleagues was good!
The good thingsFriendly colleagues. They'll share the problem what they faces before to me, and told me how they solved it. And I can learn a lots of things from they side. They're willing to teach me when I face something that I don't understand. Having a good time with my colleagues team.
The challengesNot just communicate with colleagues and sales person, but also client too. Amend what they want, and follow the things that they needed. Facing every different client, some was friendly and easy-going, some was a bit strict on the design. Have to change it over and over again to get their green light.
