    Suitable place to gain plenty of knowledge, good environment places and nice collogues
    The good thingsThere will give you a good guidance if you are in troubles or cannot do well the task. Well social network and positive vibes in workspace.
    The challengesYou are need to work with less supervision, need to be a fast learner and willing to wok overtime when the project are on the line.

    Good place to settle down if you don't care about career development.
    The good thingsOT unlimited and expensive. Easy to apply for leave. Good environment and colleagues. Yearly bonus. Everyone can be engineer here even not engineering graduates(degree). Workplace clean.
    The challengespoor management, working on sabtu , no benefits. afraid to invest for improvement/new method/training. Poor mindset from Boss. ( who is more OT, seems to be best employee even though no output during OT). As engineer graduates, here is not the place to groomed yourself since everyone(from any level of Edu/course) can do your work. no technical skill, term, managements exp in here.

    Be proactive and knowledgeable in automotive industries is a major bonus.
    The good thingsLeave is easy to apply. Salary date is on 28th every month. Good teamwork as management is willingly teaxh from scratch.
    The challengesRequires to overtime as in the highest OT hours, will be considered as hardworking employee.

    The challengesAs an engineer. Experience you will get in here is not strong for you to expand your career. You will learn a lot. But not as an engineer. Average salary but unlimited OT.

    The good thingsfresh graduate is very good to join this company since the company doing r&d as well as prototyping. By joining this company we can definately raise up engineering knowledge rapidly in 1-2 years. Also have oversea secondment opportunity.
    The challengesthe challenge is only working with quite high pressure due to very quick lead time given to complete task since it is in r&d bisness. Due to short lead tome given, overtime time may require suring weekdays & sometime have to stay until midnight
