    The good things- Provides strong exposure to the healthcare industry, allowing you to gain valuable domain knowledge and understand real world operational workflows. - Opportunities to work directly with clients through training, UAT, and go-live support, which helps build technical confidence and communication skills. - Friendly and supportive colleagues and management, with a flat organizational structure that makes collaboration and knowledge sharing easier.
    The challenges- The technology stack is more focused on stability and long-term reliability, so there may be fewer opportunities to work with newer or more modern technologies. - The learning curve can be steep initially, especially for those unfamiliar with the healthcare domain, as it requires both technical and domain understanding.

    The good thingsCompany working on interesting project where it have real world impact. Although sometimes deadline could be hectic but teams from senior management to the bottom are supportive.
    The challengesInvest on constantly improving the software application as the software architecture technology are moving in a pretty fast pace.

    Supportive leadership, great learning opportunities, and a positive work environment.
    The good thingsThe management is very supportive, especially the CEO and CTO, who are approachable and genuinely care about the employees and the team. I learned a lot during my time here, particularly in software development and problem-solving. The salary is competitive, and the office environment is modern and comfortable. The office location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, including nearby train stations.
    The challengesThere are times when the workload can be heavy, especially during busy periods or project deadlines. However, this is not constant and is manageable overall.

    Great learning experience.
    The good thingsSeniors and boss of the company teaches very well, and encourages learning new things and technologies. Exposed to many aspects of the software development lifecycle within a few short months. If you can learn fast, roles and responsibilities will add-on quickly, providing even more opportunities.
    The challengesWork load can be quite challenging due to having to be involved in many aspects of multiple projects at the same time, e.g. development, implementation, support, training, testing, etc.
