    The good thingsI used to be a web specialist and now I’m given opportunity to handle mobile app projects. My hard work pay off not only in salary but compliments from the clients.
    The challengesSome clients are from overseas. Hence as one of the project team member, I need to fly abroad one or twice a year to meet the project owner for the software enhancement.

    The good things- Good colleague...................................
    The challenges- Very tight project timeline, like finish a project by 2 months ,imagine that - No Work Life Balance - Very bad working culture, always require OT, sometime even need OT in weekend - VERY BAD project management
