    Good company for fresh grad!
    The good thingsThere are a lot of learning opportunities for fresh grads since you are going to deal with different bosses in different fields, your business insight could increase rapidly
    The challengesCould be a little stressful due to insufficient stuff, but overall is a good place to learn new stuff for fresh grads

    The good thingsThe colleagues are nice and helpful. But am not sure about other branches. Salary was ok based on where I live.
    The challengesCan be very challenging when writing reports as we deal with a lot of different industries and we have to know every industry by interviewing clients to write a good report

    The good thingsA friendly environment, have a lot benefit especially claim during Covid-19, the annual dinner, and the Christmas exchange of gifts. Staff will share knowledge with each other.

    I can learn variety of job scope
    The good thingsI learn how to communicate with customer. I learn how to using system such as CTOS and FIS. I also manage document from customer and supplier to make sure completed before we proceed payment for them. If the document not complete, I will ask through call or email them. I also learn to using scanning system to scan old and current file and to make sure after scanning, the document will transfer to our system which is Webview system.
    The challengesI hope the company can discuss with staff first about the flow of working process when they want to introduce new job scope.The marketing officer also must learn more about preparing document. Don't depends 100% to their assistant. I also hope senior manager can tolerate about job scope for clerk. Don't give overload job to them.

    Marketing Executive - General Insurance
    The good thingsOverall, this company is a good company. Allowances includes dental RM200, optical RM 200, health insurance. If you in marketing dept, you will have mileage claim, misc allowances RM100-RM200, bonus is not bad as well (at least 2 months)
    The challengesFor insurance department, very difficult to get promotion, maybe from junior to senior will be around 3/4 years duration, but you want a stable life and income, this is your choice. Oh yah, there is no commission in this position. Annual Trip --always local trip, only cuti-cuti Malaysia

    The good thingsThe company was good and the staff over there are friendly and also can be professional when comes to work related issues. It provide me good experience in learning the work craft of the real world. I do suggest it to people who want to start a a fresh graduate.

    The challengesToo much workload & encourages staffs to work till late. Internal system & management are not so good. Product hard to sell. (might be due to the risk that management does not want to involve in)

    The good thingsI enjoyed the responsibilities to involved in accounting management as it improves my ability in skills of an accountant. Besides, i prefered to handle the cash outflows of the company as long as it keeps to me to keep in touch in company's income. Then, i manage to handles the staff's salaries in every month.
    The challengesThe challenges are when i purposed to take care of the company's outflow. Even it is about cents, the record must been taken. Therefore, there is cannot has any mistake in calculation. The incomes for every day, every month and every year must achive the target and clearly writen in the comoany's book of income and casflow.

    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate whom keen to explore and stay in financing line Orix is one of the best location for you. Orix is specialize in providing equipment financing via Industrial hire purchase, hire purchase and leasing as well as factoring.
    The challengesWorking hour might be slightly tough but hang on you will reap the benefit once you break through the initial stage.

    The good thingsColleagues are all friendly and the exposure in this company is great since we are given the opportunity to explore to different markets as well as industries. We will be trained to analyse viability of all loan applications as well as given the exposure to ascertain the market's condition. Company will have activities such as annual dinner, annual trip as well as sports activities regularly.
    The challengesAs a fresh graduates entering to a multinational company, stress is definitely undeniable. In this company, we will need to be mature in thinking and time management is crucial. Nevertheless, multi task in executing all job responsibilities is part of the job. We will be rushed for all loan applications and will need to service customers and suppliers at the same time.
