    Looks corporate, but it’s just a family business in disguise.
    The good thingsSupportive team mates. Everyone from other department is friendly.
    The challengesLong working hours with skewed sense of urgency. C-suites who wants work to be done at the same day, be it 1am or 3am. A lot of meetings after working hours. Some c-suites are hot tempered, sent email with all capital letters and will shout at you in front of everyone in an open office setting.

    It was a great experience with Ormond Group
    The good thingsWorking with the Ormond Group was a fantastic experience. I've discovered a lot of new things. Ormond values and recognizes employee success, and my interpersonal skills increased significantly throughout my time at Ormond.
    The challengesI have to put in a lot of effort to work with Ormond in order to get my individual objective. To ensure that everyone can witness my excellent performance, I must complete whatever duty assigned.

    The challengesAs this is public hotel which providing accommodation to the flights passengers whom have connecting flights around the world, encouraging that we learn Chinese language as we might dealing with Chinese traveller.

    Tune Experience is the best!
    The good things- Excellent communication - Able to enhance your problem-solving skills - Manage to get things done in a creative ways - Co-worker treated you like a family. They cared a lot - Excellent benefits in terms of medical claim
    The challenges- Longer shift hours - Not enough staff - Working alone during night shift especially for women is not appropriate.

    The good thingsyes its good for my skills and give me more experience how to manage hotels and leading staff starting from here. I've learn from the bottom hotel management and i want to explore more experience for my own future
    The challengeshonestly so much improvement this hotel especially managemnet by hotels manager. must be keep on term and condition what the higher position are mark for the hotel, its can make our sales booms! every single month and its shows our guest like and happy stay here.

    job is good but the management is terrible
    The good thingseasy to learn the hotel environment because of limited service concept and manage to improve communication skill. flexibility in doing what thing to done.
    The challengesmanagement not understand staff problem in handling outsource workers and tend to release an experience staff without second thought by asking why they want to leave. No motivation factor and keep on making staff down. management always appoint wrong people to manage the hotel.
