    Best Place for Growth & Appreciation
    The good thingsThe best thing about this company is the leadership. A young and vibrant person with plenty of knowledge, desire and ambition. The management believes in investing in their employees so that they can develop and become successful at whatever it is they do. Hard work and honestly is always recognized and rewarded. The office has state of the art equipment and it is brand new. It has a very classy feeling to it therefore while working, you will be at utmost comfort. The staff is helpful and ever willing to share their knowledge. The best part is that the company practices a flat hierarchy, therefor everyone is at a level playing field. You are surrounded by really intelligent yet humble people which can only be a good thing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is willing to learn and learn and learn!
    The challengesApart from the usual work stress, nothing in particular that bothered me. I had to leave the country and its the only reason why I left the company.

    Well lead and ambitious company with clear vision.
    The good thingsThe boss is probably one of the best reasons to be at the company. He inspires, empowers and invests in the development of his employees. It is a company with a flat hierarchy where everyone at the company is closely knit like a family. Colleagues are encouraging and willing to help and guide whenever needed. Everyday, there is something new to learn. A great platform to start and learn in your career. The company rewards and recognizes hard work an performance. Good work - life balance.
    The challengesJob description isn't strict. You will learn and have to do a bit of everything which is actually not a bad thing. Normal work stress. Sometimes left unsupervised, which actually shows the trust of the management in you but sometimes guidance is needed.
