    If want to learn about CNC can come here but nor recommend working for long term
    The good thingsAs a sub-con can learn many cnc skill and technical drawing such as GD&T. Only everyday need to support overtime non stop even weekend and public holiday... need continuous working until sick only can get rest.. and position up-level chance can say zero.

    The good thingsGood places to get best experience bcs many staff is friendly and mgt quite helpful
    The challengesJust need to work more time, even thought on off day they will push you to come ot so need to work direct non stop as it infringes the right of workers
