    The best company that i have worked for and the best place to start your career
    The good thingsFriendly working environment. Almost everyone in this company was friendly and supportive, even from different departments. The work-life balance is very healthy, you get to manage work and personal life easily, i even joined the badminton and bowling tournament held by colleagues from different departments, that's how good the work-life balance in here. I am very grateful that I found this company and joined in.
    The challengesThere's many challenges once in a while but it was manageable and not that difficult. At the end of the day, i feel satisfied when my tasks were completed. Honestly there's nothing to complain here.

    I able to manage my time to reaching the target also know how to reduce the defect of the product
    The good thingsThe good things is i know i bit about management because i see how the Human Resource Department doing their task likes training new workers and also teach them about the right procedure
    The challengesThe challenges that i face during working for this company is about the time management because we need to reach our targets and also need be careful while handling the products because it easily get defect as the main material for this product is made from glass. So the defect need to be reduce to maximize the profit

Will be able to learn all the process inside production, thus make you more expert and understand the all section function as a whole. Leader always encourage you to grow and improve for your personal advantage the same as for company growth.
    The challengesCommunication with different people of different level and behaviour is could be very challenging without proper skill and method. Solving problem that is already exist for very long time is very time consuming and challenging which require more effort.
