    Top management don't have a road map, everyday fire fighting. Today follow plan A, tomorrow plan B. Administrative side will against Production side, no ending. Tip for new comer - Take experience and leave ASAP

    Good environment: Work life balance
    The good thingsEnvironment is good. As long as my work is complete, boss will not disturb me. make sure you are well prepared, eager to learn, then its good to satisfy the boss
    The challengesi guess too dependent. you are non executive but treated like you are exec staff. the job must work in a team, but if there is issue/conflict QA will hold the burden 100 %. i found it unfair
