    Aspirational journey
The good thingsFlexibility - Timelines are flexible, avoiding concerns over time and focusing on deliverables. Hybrid working environment as well. Learning and Growth - There may be misconceptions before. Once you build good relationships, they'll become our well wishers and help us to learn and grow. Friendly environment - Once again good relationships and communication brings everyone to be friendly. Inspiration - I'm inspired by the vision of the product and the initiation on adapting to new technologies for development.
The challengesCurrent situation - Transition to new management became a slight deviation. But I can see the future is more appealing with new management. Manual work - Some of the works which can be automated are doing in manual. Steps are being taken to improve now.

Worse Shared Service with Worse culture
The good thingsNothing that I can recall.
The challengesThere will be no proper guidance from the team, The handover will be mess, they will just wash hand after transitioning. There is no teamwork. The head is still with old work mentality, you have to come to office everyday, work on your sick days, attend meeting on your leave days. Its all about work, no work life balance and they don't care about you. i beg for people who are looking for job at the moment dont ever set your foot here if you want to be happy in your life.
