A Person Who Control All The Activity
The good thingsGood working location with public transport friendly.
The challengesIt is not easy to work with the COO in Contract Department. Everything including the quotation submission have to approved by COO before issuance and the COO have not much knowledge in construction but only know to compare rate by rate, price by price. Thus u have to amend many time and alway pass out the due date and it is not COO fault but is your fault to delay. u will feel unmotivate cause the COO is alway emotional (personal attack) and drag on ur work. The feeling is like u want to complete ur task but the COO give alot of comment but not advise and those urgent task cannot be done on time.

    Emotional Managements
The good things1) Good Colleague, good environment, good location and also have a lot of nice food to eat. 2) A place to learning because need to handle almost everything. 3) Event for staff eg. Movie Night, Party, Lunch talk etc...
The challenges1) Managements most of the time are emotional, making the staffs in difficult to deal. 2) Don't have ISO, only Company SOP, therefore standard formats may change by top management comments. 3) Workloads is heavy and lots of Ad-hoc work. Company will improve if everything follow ISO standard and make clear on the Job responsibilities for every positions is an advantage as well

    Good and bad of dindings
The good thingsGood colleague. Good cooperation from Quality Department.
The challengesManagement not giving god support in safety and health. Suppose SHO is under top management hence the safety, health and environmental issue can be rectified effectively. The old staff there are used to conduct bad safety and health practice hence when you ask them to improve they think its really hard. But if the management giving full support to you then the environment would be different.
