HOD always right. Difficult to dealing. Always shouting to staff if she don’t like it.
The good thingsCan learn everthing with this company
The challengesDealing with difficult HOD. Today ask to doing A thing. Tmrw or next week she ask to change from A to B things. 1 people need to do like 4-5 things. Last minute approval, difficult to do the decision with supplier & client

    Great environment and working culture.
The good thingsI enjoyed having a very good companionship and learning experience in this company. The colleagues are very helpful to teach you whatever that you want to learn. The recruitment process by the HR also fun, you won't feel the tense while interviewing, instead, they help you to be able to speak to them more. Such a great learning experience for those who want to start their internship in this company as you will be able to learn different things as time goes by. There is no obvious gap between bosses and employers in department as they are working together very well.
The challengesThe workload is too much for a person because of lesser staff. I supposed this is due to the pandemic. However, if you are looking for experience and take that as a positive side to learn, you will love working here. The company won't provide any insurance to their intern which very worrisome in this pandemic. Probably company should give the intern insurance as they are also working from the office and involve in doing task related to the department they assigned for. There's nothing been given to intern other than allowance. Probably company should invest some to the interns in order to recruit fresh grads in the future to work here or as marketing purpose to attract future grads out there to work here.
