Too high demanding. Everything needed to be done urgently. The better you are with the workflow, the more they shove work down your throat.

The challengesMANAGEMENT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT ACCOUNTING WORKS. THEY DONT EVEN LISTEN ON OUR COMPLAIN AND SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT. ALWAYS NEED TO WORK OVERTIME BUT THE COMPANY HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAID "DONT WORK OVERTIME"
