Energetic & Powerful TeamsThe good thingsFirst of all, I am from R&D. In my point of view, I am deeply appreciated that I had a magnificent team who works pretty well with me, especially my fellow R&D teams as this is my main department. As a Director from R&D, I also look after and guide other departments such as procurements, productions, planning’s, quality, and warehouse. For office administrations as well on and off mainly from accounts / finance, sales and HR. Basically by the end, all these departments are related to each other’s. Every section plays an important role in their own jobs. I can see that this Company has a great teammates at respective departments that runs their own jobs and responsibilities. I always tell all employees, if you faced difficulties in jobs, highlight upfront. Keep quiet wont solve anything, it just added more pilled up pending task and by the end it creates frustrations which is not healthy for everyone. Bottom line is, this company is improving day by day as I can see, especially the young and energetic employees who brings passions and new ideas to the Company. I hereby concluded that “team spirits” is always the BEST. I am proud of each and everyone of you. Cheers !!!
The challengesChallenges? I also wished that this company has no challenges where everything runs smoothly without encountering any errors or problems. But do you think is possible? In life, challenges cannot be foreseen nor be avoided. It comes from out of the blue. How we solve it? Identify the root caused, then propose a solution and we work together as a team to solve it. Like I mentioned previously, “team spirits”. No one can work alone, it requires teamwork. “we are stronger together”. So my advice to all or even potential candidates who are joining our Company. Don’t be so hard on yourself, you are not alone. We are here for you.
