    Overall, it is a fun place to work and at the same time you can groom yourself too!
    The good thingsIn my 10 years of working life, this is really one of the most enjoyable company to work with so far. The company offers good benefits and genuinely cares about employee well being. The management is very flexible and open to opinions, which makes it easy to share ideas and contribute. The working environment is fun and positive, there are always different activities happening, and it really helps with team bonding. My colleagues are happy, supportive, and fun to work with. Overall, the company has a strong vision and great future potential. It’s a place where you can grow your career while enjoying your everyday work.
    The challengesIf I really have to mention a challenge, then there is one. As there are limited choices of food here, you can easily become a grab VIP. But Bandar Puteri is just a stone throw away, where you can get cheap and good food nearby

    The challengesAL not tht much and medical claim is quit low but at least got loh..hope can claim by AIA if we go to panel clinic.. panel clinic charge quit expensive but the amount we can apply not tht much (100 percent cannot cover all the medical fee)

    The challengesManagement is lack of empathy, always taking advantage from employees. Management does not appreciate employees' effort and takes credit for granted. Instead of helping to solve the problem, they would push the responsibilities to employees. Narrow-minded and only emphasise hierarchy. Management is indecisive, could not provide big picture and effective strategies to lead the company better. Neglected working benefits, management always wants employees to be appreciative and pay respect instead of taking care of employees and earn respect from them. No work-life balance as you are required to stand by 24/7. Yet, no OT fees or alternative replacement will be given.
