    The good thingsI joined this company during pandemic, they send those who contracted with the virus to Specialist Hospital! None of any company that I know do this! They give aid and provide essential to the household that infected with the virus. They provide food at work which save a lot of my expenses... and you may chose from the health menus that they have. Awesome!!

During the pandemic, employees who was diagnosed with C19 was given top notch treatment where we were given the privilege to be admitted in private hospitals. All you have to do is work smart, participate with activities and training provided by the company. They have their own training and development at corporate level, learning is an endless opportunity here.

    Small company, can be enjoyable, can be a headache
    The good thingsRelatively young company, I mean average executive level staff age < 30 years old... much to learn, much to adapt.
    The challengesLess skill development. Individual performance often ignored. Key position and responsibility monopoly by a few managers. Somehow too much politics in a < 100 staff small company. Too much adhoc job to attend.
