    Good for who are need bussines travel experience mostly around indochina country.
    The good thingsWorking environment is very good. All staff happy to help you if any matter you wanted to know and they are very helpful. Especially the account department is very responsive, went your claim is submitted completely the claim will be paid during 2 days working.
    The challengesI found that the management must have certification from another professional organization example as ISO 9001:2001 and some department SOP must be revised properly.

    A tiring, yet fulfilling job
    The good thingsThe bosses were courteous in treating staffs. The job exposure was great for its operations spanning cross borders to Thailand, Vietnam and China. The inter-colleagues relationship was good. The working speed of getting things done was good. People worked efficiently.
    The challengesThe workload was over-huge to the extent of no breathing space. The job involved a lot of travelling, to the extent of taking more than 8 flights, two and fro, within a month. In term of monetary reward, position holder may feel not commensurate with responsibilities entrusted.
