    Good Colleagues and Happy Working Environment
    The good thingsVery friendly colleagues who can be buddies even resign. No company politics here, happy working environment.
    The challengesPreviously is China's Man company, on the way changing meaning more SOP to follow. Min 3 quotations for all new purchase will really take time. No right and wrong, depends on the situation.

    The good thingsLow politic environment, everyone is work hard and willing to contribute to the company. Almost all colleagues willing to help each other, even cross department. Good working culture.
    The challengesMore towards traditional "China man" style company, but very direct, less SOP to follow. Means if the boss want to do something > advise > do it > settle > close case.

    The good things-Work-life balance. Employees of all levels wont stay back late unless they have to settle urgent tasks. -Strategic location. The company HQ located in Sri Petaling area where transportation is convenient since it is near to public transport facilities and main highways. Besides, there is convenient for staffs to out for lunch as there are many restaurants over that area.
    The challenges-Average company policies. As a public listed company, increment policy, benefits, etc still have a lot more to improve on. -Dull organizational culture. Less energetic and youthful. Lacking of social activities. -Management nature. Only one-way communication, employees just have to comply and feedback would not be concern. -Ad hoc duties for admin staffs, especially during mooncake festival.
