    A great place to work
    The good thingsThe firm provides both structured training and on the job training. The partners are technical savvy and the firm is well organised. As long as we are willing to learn, there are lots of opportunities for us to improve ourselves.
    The challengesDuring peak period, the work life balance is always a common issue for working accounting firms. Nevertheless, the firm organises monthly social activities for us to have fun and release stress.

    The good things- Partner with a very wide knowledge not only in auditing, but also in taxation, laws and operations. - Company with friendly working environment. - There is internal training conducted yearly by the partner. - A good place as a start in developing the career in audit line. - Everything there is organized and systematic for easy work life.
    The challengesEvery work have their challenges. It is normal in audit line that the associates having difficulty while dealing with audit client in the beginning stage. However, with the increased in skills and knowledge, this difficulty will then be lesser down. Another challenge here will be the strictness of the partner which also happened in some audit companies. It is still a normal circumstances.
