    The good thingsLearnt things that require for a start up company. Employee benefits is given but not 13th month bonus or profit sharing. It might take time for 3 years.

    It is a new establishment in Malaysia, there are plenty to learn there.
    The good thingsAs it is a European based company, you can learn a lot here in terms of culture, management style and know-how.
    The challengesIt tends to relate back its management techniques and information back to the HQ in Europe. It could pose some issues to new employees who has never work in a European based company before because you are not able to tie it back to your previous working experience.
