Worst management of my career life
The good thingsSalaries and flexibility. That's all.
The challengesThe higher management does not have any integrity and accountability in any dealings they were in. They will break contracts no matter you are the client or the employee. They will always think that they are the smarter ones and expect you not to say or do anything. DO NOT WORK IN THIS COMPANY!

A Company With No Clear Management Direction
The good things- High salary - Flexible working hours - Provide laptops for employees - Travel & mobile phone allowances
The challenges- Policies changes almost every week - Every updated policies are updated less than 24 hours & company expects you to get owners on-board with it immediately (which is nonsense) - No work life balance. You are expected to be available everyday, even weekends - HR are non reliable. They talk to you but will do almost nothing - Don't expect career growth here, unless you know how to please your higher ups - Will I recommend working here? A BIG NO unless you are desperate enough - Since this is a start-up company, staff layoffs is a common

Average - A mix of good and bad (normal for any company)
The good thingsIndependent time management, good perks, your inputs are heard (although not always accepted/considered). Great team.
The challengesDirection and initiatives need alignment. Growing pains need to be accepted and overcome, startup mentality needs to be removed.

Good Pay and Perks but no value
The good thingsGood Salary and Perks Flexible Time Thats all
The challengesEver Changing SOPs and Deals (Not Cool)-too much and to constant for normal standards, impact client respect and trust. Expect to last most 3 months if you are in Business Development especially as the targets are not realistic to achieve given the too much changes in the deals offered to clients. How can you change a present deal for renegotiation two-three times in a month? Over hiring of people-regardless if you are good or not, its like a survival game, achieve targets to survive for another month and so on. No way of growing, survival rate to achieve and work longer than 3 months is only 5-10% They only care about the money, pay you well, but past achievement will not make you safe HR need to improve about staff enquiry especially on warning letters which they send out on regular basis. Never bothered to be replied.

    A whole New working culture
The good thingsNo limitations on the creativity to troubleshoot, impact full, an actual example of working along with SOP's by just following it as a guideline, promotes individual independency to work yourself to get the best solutions. The best place to learn how to work on your own time line.
The challengesTo much changes on a very fast pace. A total mess of instructions in the middle management going against the higher ones which results in confusion and failures. Focuses only on money, neglecting on some moral values. Thick layers of internal politics

The good thingsFlexible working hours, open style mgmt, Startup style Can learn industry knowledge and enhance personal career fast.
The challenges- Unhealthy competition among internal parties. - No teamwork between teams, unprofessional attitudes & languages, blaming others instead of focusing on solving problems. - Micromanagement is what you can expect for BD team. - Management do not listen, results is the only thing they care. - Mgmt always give excuse for problems (being a startup), instead of deep reflections and actual actions.
