    The good thingsSo many works in accounting dept, all hr works also need to be handled in that dept. because there are too many works, it helps you to become creative on how to finish it all and short period of time.

    The challengesThey treat you like workers and the bonus if you are late for even 1 minute you whole bonus will be deducted. No proper guidance, communication gap, engineers doing packing, painting, fill up foam and all.

    Providing services and maintenances for company products while briefing customer how to use hot water storage system efficiently
    The good thingsThe standard working time is flexible as we can set the appointment with customer according to their prefered times. Opportunity to learn communication and management skills to set up a smoother schedule
    The challengesThe only challenges is that the salary is quite low. However, depends on the number of customer that fixed in the schedule, the bonus awaiting for those whose are willing to work overtime or even outstation.

    The good thingsWhen I was in this company, I was exposed mostly to the manufacturing work of producing water heaters. Besides, I requested for rotation between departments , which I was brought into Marketing Department and Research and Development Department, which allows the students meet the clients to discuss on products with them.
    The challengesThe company will treat new interns as if they are labour workers, which makes it a good experience for those who are interested in manufacturing. In marketing, the student needed to meet clients and ensure that the information given is correct.
