    The good thingsit is good to start for students to gaining experience. The colleague was nice and friendly, you can ask your colleague to help you if you having any difficulties, personally think that is a nice workplace for a short-term stay.
    The challengesHowever, There are no opportunities or hardly get opportunities for career development, and it is an imbalance between work and your life, the working hours are flexible and it changes every week. the benefits and perks are poor, it is not recommended for a long-term stay.
