    A good place to grow
The good thingsHonestly, Pil is a good company to work for. Since I joined, I’ve seen a lot of improvement every year. Things keep getting better & the work environment is really pleasant + positive. I enjoy working with my boss & my team. My experience with my previous company wasn’t that great, so for me, this place feels so much better. :) To me, overall vibe is way healthier. To be honest, the company gives a lot of benefits & is quite lenient. But maybe because of that, some staff start to take things for granted & forget to be thankful. It's a bit sad. I think it's important to just stay positive & appreciate what we have. Don’t spoil your own rice bowl.
The challengesYes, there can be challenges, especially for those who aren’t used to working with expats. But it’s actually a great chance to learn & adapt to different working styles. Since this company was previously very traditional, not everything is fully structured yet. Sometimes, you’ll need to take the initiative to suggest & propose new, more advanced ways of working.

Very Supportive Workplace-I recommend you to work here.
The good thingsWhat I like the most : Working environment is calm & friendly, not too hectic, not too slow. Good place for those looking to settle down & grow steadily. Office facilities are great, clean & comfortable. They have a brand new, fully equipped gym with showers & in house personal trainer. Lunch is provided every day, which is super convenient for me. There's an annual company-sponsored trip overseas. Many ex-PIL end up coming back to this company after leaving. To me, it says a lot about the place.
The challengesTo me, as the company is quite diverse, with many top leaders being expats. Sometimes, there can be differences in communication or work style. You may need to adjust your level of understanding or approach depending on who you're dealing with. It can take some time to adapt, especially if you're not used to a multicultural environment. But trust me, it’s workable, they’re generally tolerant/open-minded.

VERY HUMANE COMPANY TO WORK FOR
The good thingsI like this company cause they provide 0-Interest Loan to employees who served the company more than 2 years. This help me much in terms of my financial.
The challengesThe company is 100% work from office. I would like to have at least 2 days work from home.

A great workplace with a diverse culture, supportive environment & rewarding benefits, though commuting was a challenge.
The good thingsPacific Inter-Link was a great place to work! I loved the diverse & friendly environment. The company truly cared for employees, providing free lunch since COVID & a supportive HR team. The work culture was positive, with yearly increments & bonuses based on performance. A truly rewarding experience!
The challengesWorking at Pacific Inter-Link was great, but the location in the city center made commuting challenging with long daily travel. It was tiring at times, but the positive work culture and supportive environment helped make up for it.

Not a fun place to work
The good thingsStaff enjoy free lunch during pandemics.
The challengesA lot of expatriates which their way of management and attitude are different from local staffs. Sometimes quite hard to persuade them and change their mind. Bonus and increment are super less. No appreciation and recognition at work. Asked about my promotion every year, but no outcome received. Really disappointed with the management. Feel unfair as management rather hire senior staff with good title , but not to promote existing staff.
