    Horrible and not recommended
    The good things2 hours break on Friday.
    The challengesNo career development. Basically, our job was to draft opinions & get approval from the manager, print countless mails & attend to clerk's work. No proper guidance was given. You're not allowed to use your phone during work. The ambience was awkward & not friendly.

    Enjoy to work there and everyone were helpful
    The good thingsI love to type anything on computer and happy to speak to client even only on the phone. Plus, I knew what kind of problem that the client had since I was in the Body Injuries claim department. I gained knowledege about the ins and outs in claiming insurance. Last but not least, I get to know more people surrounds me.
    The challengesIn some day, there are a lot of work that have to settle on the day. If I delay the work, it will troubles everyone especially my manager and the client (lawyer). But sometimes, there is nothing to do if not have many case to handle.
