    The good thingsThere are a lot of instruments and equipments that custom made. The staffs are friendly and helpful
    The challengesSince it is a palm oil company, the only challenge is the floor is quite slippery but this will not be a trouble when you have a good pair of safety shoes that provided by company.

    The good thingsI enjoy working with so many levels of personnel from various background. I find it personal relation is so important when dealing with this people. I experiece coperation with various department such as QC, Logistics, PPD and more. I have the chance to learn almost all of the individual plants here. Knowledge is unlimited here. I have a very knowledgeable boss and supervisors.
    The challengesThe challenge is to involve in so many things at the same time. You could get overloaded work. Following up maintenance work. Ensuring the plant is running optimum and efficiently is really hard. To plan such a plant that would running without any stoppage and meeting the customer dateline is not an easy task.

    Good environment for and great exposure
    The good thingsThe company allows staffs to express and implement ideas. Inter departmental support is great and everybody works towards being better. When certain jobs or tasks are given, the superiors usually will be flexible on how to achieve or complete it as long as it is within the safety operational guidelines.
    The challengesAs a company with limited manpower, most tasks are done internally and at times with minimal resources or tools. This calls for innovative methods and ideas. Every personnel has to show their own initiative and at times work extended hours to achieve the expected results,
