    The challengesOperation staff turnover very high, and new un experience operation staff make many mistake effect the management and accounting side. Boss expectation very high to staff that their trust make me quite stress when I can’t deliver any tasks given as per their expectation.

    Fun place to work depends on the work scope and enviroment
    The good thingsI really enjoy working here as the place offer a best frenship from all level. Head of department really can negotiate and keep giving good ideas to me and other working click. Please dont be shock when you enter the company a high rank position in the company will welcome you.Work as a team is it core value for this company.Company really stabil as them are keeping generating good revenue.
    The challengesThe challenges as a human resource and trainer for this company. Mostly is when it comes to educated old timer employee. They quite studburn and dont want to participate in any training sesion. Next is the building need to be renovate as it was a bit old school.
