    The good thingsThe leader I am under has a great vision. He is very wise and compassionate. I learn a great deal from him from technical to even personal. Best person I have worked with ever.
    The challengesI mean it's not much for me to say. But if I wanted to be not picky would like to have more training on different areas other to expend my knowledge.
