Not a decent working place with alot of issues
The good thingsno frequent follow up after working hour
The challengesThe role does not provide meaningful exposure to skills relevant to the broader industry. Learning opportunities are limited, making it difficult to grow professionally. Unnecessary rules from HR create additional stress and reduce overall workplace satisfaction.

    Not a good workplace.
The good thingsOnly free lunch and good salary + profit sharings are the good things here. No other else.
The challengesNo system at all. All manual, paperworks. Company seems not to invest in technology to adapt in the current situation. Machine is like dinosaur era, waiting time to die only. Toxic culture. Engineers/specialists will feel pressure without any supports.

Nice place to work as the team are supportive.
The good thingsProfesional management in handling any issue. Alots of allowances such as foods, transport, chemical, att., tel, cleanroom, leader & quarterly profit sharing, Flexible shift pattern (4-3-3-4). 3x breaktime, Low pressure in production floor due to operator work on their own way as long as the target achieve. Good teamwork bettween 4 shift & all personnel was well-trained before work in shift.
The challengesAbsolutely no complain at all... Happy working here

A company full of people resistant to change to adapt current market.
    The good thingsJust foods.
The challengesA company has ISO system but never applied. When auditing time, always \"under table\" to get through. Full of incompetence top management who don't know companies operation and system. Stay in their comfort zone too long and acclimatize to Malaysian \"relax\" culture. Although it's Germany company but handling by inert top management who don't know anything about man management, operation management to cost management. Hiring manpower is just for the sake of filing up vacancy. Didn't provide proper training as per guidelines of ISO 9001:2008. Meaning they don't understand of \"training hours\" for a staff. Top management here have a mindset of \"you want for survival, go to bang wall first\", as this is current top management who experienced before to \"climb\" up the position. Top management here full of politics, envious and feel threatened of their rice bowl will be snatched. So, top management here all are working here more than 5 years and reluctant to guide new staffs. Even a simple guideline and introduction of company background didn't really go through with new staffs. Don't see any future here. Period.
