    The good thingsThe environment of the workplace is suitable for fresh graduate. The employees are enjoying the work. The employer and the employee can have discussion regarding the works casually. The student practical does not have problems in socialize themselves within the employee and gain the experiences related to the field of the study.
    The challengesThe opportunity as student practical to visit the site or involvement in any meeting outside of the company is less.
